Is every in-stock lot tested?

Yes. Every in-stock lot is third-party tested before it ships: HPLC for purity, with mass spectrometry confirming identity. That lot’s certificate goes in the box, and you can match the lot number on your vial to our certificates page.

Who are your products for?

Researchers and institutions aged 21 or over, for lawful laboratory research. Everything we sell is for in-vitro research use only. It is not for human or animal use of any kind.

How fast does it ship?

In-stock orders ship within 24 hours (kits in 1–2 business days), from the US with tracking. USPS Standard takes 2–3 days, Priority 1–2, and Express 1–2 guaranteed. Orders over $75 ship free. We ship within the United States only.

How can I pay?

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure CentryOS checkout, or crypto (save 5%). We never see or store your card details.

What if a size is out of stock?

You can pre-order it at the same price. It ships once the next lot passes testing, we email you the date, and you can cancel any time before it ships.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Cancel any order within 24 hours for any reason, and a pre-order any time before it ships. If something arrives damaged, wrong or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace or refund it. Opened vials can’t be returned. See the refund policy.

Do you discount larger orders?

Automatically: 3% off two vials, 7% off three or more, and sealed 10-vial kits at least 20% under singles. No code needed.
